Bridget is a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She specializes in vegetarian and vegan diets as she has been a vegan most of her life.

For baking, you can make a recipe healthier by substituting out some or all of the oil with applesauce (1:1). If a recipe calls for eggs, the following substitution can also be made (1 egg):
